Are the tests sold separately?
Yes. DNA kits, biological age testing (MyGevity Age), and lab panels are each sold separately. This lets you choose the tests that fit your goals and budget. Our platform connects all your results in one place.
What does the DNA Elite Kit test for?
It includes 58 reports and 149 tests for genetic markers tied to nutrition, metabolism, longevity, disease risk, fitness, and more.
How do I collect my DNA sample?
Use the at-home saliva kit and mail it back using the prepaid packaging.
How is my DNA analyzed?
Your sample is processed in a CLIA and CAP-certified lab, and results are reviewed by medical experts.
What is biological age testing?
Biological age testing uses peer-reviewed epigenetic science like DunedinPace to measure how fast your body is actually aging—independent of your birthday. MyGevity Age reveals your biological age, organ health, and pace of aging.
How do you check my Biological age?
We use a simple blood card.
What is DunedinPace?
DunedinPace is a scientifically validated epigenetic clock that measures your pace of aging. It's considered one of the most accurate ways to track how lifestyle changes impact your biological age over time.
What is epigenetic testing?
Epigenetic testing analyzes chemical markers on your DNA that change based on your lifestyle, environment, and age. Unlike genetic testing which shows what you were born with, epigenetic testing shows how your genes are expressing right now.
Is DNA testing safe and accurate?
Yes. We use clinically validated methods to ensure precise results.
How long do results take?
DNA kits take 2–3 weeks from the date the specimen is received. MyGevity Age takes 4–6 weeks.
Can I connect my results over time?
Yes. Our platform tracks your results over time so you can see how your health is changing and whether your lifestyle adjustments are working.
Will I receive recommendations based on my DNA?
Yes. You’ll get personalized supplement, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance.
What is a genomics coach?
A genomics coach helps you understand your results and take action. Every DNA kit purchase includes a coaching session to translate your data into personalized recommendations for nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle.
Is this the same as ancestry testing?
No. Our DNA kits focus on health and wellness—not heritage.
Can I order more than one DNA kit?
Yes, but each test is tied to one person. Each person should complete their own kit.
Can kids use the DNA test?
Our kits are currently designed for individuals 18 and older.
What happens if I lose my kit instructions?
You can download a replacement from your MyGevity profile or contact support.

How do lab panels work?
After you order a lab panel, you'll receive a requisition to take to a Quest Diagnostics location near you. No appointment needed for most tests.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can order tests directly through MyGevity.
Where do I go for my blood draw?
Your blood draw is done at a Quest Diagnostics location—simply schedule an appointment and have your sample collected by a professional
What does the Longevity Lab Panel cover?
Just to name a few it includes inflammatory markers, metabolic health, hormones, cardiovascular indicators, and nutrient levels.
Are the tests covered by insurance?
No. These are wellness-focused labs offered as a self-pay service. Some HSA/FSA programs cover these labs but we recommend checking with your provider.
Will I receive support interpreting results?
Our AI portal will give insights on all biomarkers.
What states do you serve?
MyGevity offers laboratory testing through leading nationwide providers in all states except New York and New Jersey, which have different rules around lab test billing.
How often should I get blood work done?
We recommend every 6–12 months depending on your wellness goals.
Can I fast before the test?
Yes, you must fast. Please follow the directions sent via email.
How long until results are ready?
Typically 5–7 business days after your lab visit.

Are you supplements physician formulated?

Are your supplements personalized?
We give you insights on the supplements based on your DNA if you ordered a kit.
Can I order and take MyGevity supplements without testing first?
You can—but for best results, we recommend pairing with DNA or lab testing.
Are they third-party tested?
Yes – our formulas are independently tested for quality and purity, made in GMP-certified facilities, and select products are also NSF certified.
Are your supplements FDA approved?
Our supplements are not FDA approved—this is true for all supplements. However, MyGevity's physician-formulated supplements are made in GMP-compliant, FDA-registered facilities with clean, science-backed ingredients. No seed oils or artificial fillers.
Are the supplements vegan or gluten-free?

How do I know which supplements I need?
