PAYMENT TERMS

a. You authorize MyGevity to charge your payment method for all amounts at the time of purchase, including taxes and fees.

b. You represent that your payment method will honor charges and you are responsible for any denied payments.

c. All sales are final except as specifically provided in our refund policy below.

d. Refund Policy for Laboratory Testing and Genetic Testing

DNA Kits and MyGevity Age Tests

The laboratory may not be able to process your sample and the laboratory process may result in errors. Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

  • If the initial processing fails due to insufficient DNA volume, insufficient blood quantity, or results not meeting our accuracy standards, we will reprocess the same sample at no charge.
  • If the second attempt to process the same sample fails, we will send another sample collection kit at no charge for you to collect a second sample.
  • If the second sample is sent and processing is unsuccessful, you will be entitled solely and exclusively to a complete refund of the amount paid to MyGevity, less shipping and handling, provided you shall not resubmit another sample through a future purchase.
  • If you resubmit another sample through a future purchase and processing is not successful, no refund will be issued.
  • Even for processing that meets our high standards, a small fraction of data may be uninterpretable or incorrect. As this possibility is known in advance, no refunds will be issued for these errors.
  • Your blood sample, once submitted and analyzed, is processed in an irreversible manner and cannot be returned to you.
  • All sales are final once a kit has shipped, except as expressly provided in our 180-Day "Finally Found It" Guarantee, which applies to DNA Essentials, DNA Essentials + Labs, DNA Plus, and DNA Elite (see Terms of Service for full details).
  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with test results outside of the "Finally Found It" Guarantee.
  • Any refunds issued will be refunded to your original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval.

Laboratory Testing Services

  • Full refund available if you cancel within 48 hours of your purchase and you have not received lab testing services.
  • "Lab testing services received" includes: sample collected or results generated.
  • After 48 hours from your purchase have passed OR after you receive lab testing services, whichever comes first, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
  • Any refunds issued will be refunded back to your payment method and may take up to 30 days to process.

Third-Party Provider Denials

  • If a third-party provider denies services you paid for, we will facilitate refund requests with that provider, but refunds are at the provider's discretion.

e. Supplement Sales and Returns

MyGevity offers a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on first orders of MyGevity supplements purchased directly from MyGevityhealth.com. If you are not satisfied, we will refund the cost of one bottle within sixty (60) days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • One refund per customer, per product. Refund equals the per-bottle price you paid.
  • Submit your refund request within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
  • You are not required to return any product. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exclusions:

  • Subsequent bottles, bulk orders, and multi-bottle refunds beyond the one-bottle equivalent.
  • Subscription auto-renewal shipments after the first delivery.
  • Supplements purchased from third-party retailers (including Amazon).
  • Original shipping fees and wholesale/reseller orders.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mygevityhealth.com. We will replace it at no charge and cover shipping.

Fraud Protection: MyGevity reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

f. Subscription Services ("Subscribe & Save")

MyGevity offers subscription services for supplements, DNA kits, laboratory testing, and MyGevity Age tests at discounted rates.

Subscription Terms:

  • Supplements: 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day intervals at 15% off regular pricing.
  • DNA Kits, Laboratory Testing, and MyGevity Age Tests: 3-month, 6-month, or yearly intervals at 15% off regular pricing.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled.
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal at my.mygevityhealth.com or by emailing contact@mygevityhealth.com.
  • You must provide at least 24 hours notice before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription period.
  • Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will take effect for the following billing cycle.
  • There are no cancellation fees.
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active through the end of the current paid period.
  • No refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods after cancellation.

g. Shipping

A shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied to all orders. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are in addition to product costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

h. Coupon Codes and Discounts

  • Coupon codes and promotional discounts cannot be combined with subscription discounts or other promotional offers.
  • Only one discount code may be applied per order.
  • Discount codes may have expiration dates and specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

i. Pricing Errors

MyGevity reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders related to such errors.
